Um no...Eduard scoffed and mocked the experts and laymen alike who found fault with it...on their very own Facebook page and by planting their people in forums...then they likely didn't sell many after the initial release and preorder rush and figured they had to do something...knowing that people have short attention spans...fix it and re-release it and double the income...yay...

I'm with Manny...I hope it's still flawed...only because of the attitude they took on social media. If you've seen enough of me, you know I'll call out a rivet counter for spoiling the hobby for some with kit bashing, but sheesh...it was bad...and as someone who wants my money...you never...EVER take a "screw you" attitude toward customers...even if they are wrong.
:that:

And...I bet they ignore the oleo strut issue...I'm somewhat shocked that they have the Lead Designer of the 109 kit heading up new projects. Incredible... The biggest indication of his ignorance is the BIG pimple (bump) in the wing fairing. Anyone with a cursory knowledge of the 109 would know that shouldn't be there. I think it was a post-war modification or museum addition they saw on the plane they referenced. Reminds me of when the Soviets reverse-engineered a B-29 they had in their possession and reproduced battle damage repair they found on the plane in their mass produced copies.
