Surely you haven't bought the Eduard propaganda that the scale issue and other minor things are the "only" problems, Prof of Death...say it ain't so...

MY biggest complaint is the total lake of "rake" forward of the landing oleos...and not only is the kit wrong, the VERY expensive Eduard metal strut "updates" that come out only a month after the kit weren't even corrected, despite Eduard admitting the error!!! Instead the linked to a build blog showing several steps of required "surgery" to fix the problem...that, in my book, is unacceptable...and it's not rivet counting...

I dropped several hundred dollars on that kit and the resin sets, but I'll never make that mistake again...had they got it right, like they did with the Spitfire, they--as you like to say--would have had a license to print money for decades to come from 109 lovers. But instead there is quite a noticeable lack of buzz about this release these days. I'll wait on the rumored Zvezda kit...and build Hasegawa kits in the meantime...

It is not so easy to fire anyone in most European countries. Both by law and by culture there are barriers to do so. It is almost unheard of to fire someone over one mistake unless it where a criminal activity.

One simply can't have enough Spifires.
OK, an eduard Pony wouldn't be bad either... Time to get rid of that Focke-Wulf/Messerschmitt pest! 8-)
Oh, I remember I have at least two of these reboxings in the stash, among others... Beautiful kits, but with today´s moulding technology I wonder what could be achieved.
