Talk about anything modeling: kits, tools, paint, etc...

You're most welcome!
I can't recommend having a big stash, but on the other hand there's nothing too bad about it. Like Portman I sold a lot of kits last year. Also for simply reducing the stash, but also to get rid of many short run kits, old toolings or kits that were replaced by a better one in the past years. As long as my stash consists of high quality kits, I'm prone to my own written tale that I'm able to build all of them. But seriously: A good designed kit can halve the time you need to finish it.
The kits you've mentioned that are on their way to your house all fit (besides the early 109 maybe) high standards. So nothing to regret so far.
BTW: Here's mine...
Nice collection and accessories too!

Man, I'm feeling stash inadequacy. Mine is so small!

When I started modeling again, I think I decided to embrace a one-at-a-time mentality to buying and building. I've since violated it but have kept it pretty reasonable. Less than 10 kits on my shelf that are unbuilt.

When I started back, there were a good handful ot so of kits I “remembered” from my childhood. I bought those first...probably would not get then today. I honestly knew of very few manufacturers until I started looking around online. Then it was by scale or a subject. Later, I bought a few because they were old. I have an original boxing of the mid-fifties Monogram Albatross. I don’t know that I’ll build that one. Lots of reasons for purchases. Not too many left on my wish list these days.

I'm sitting at around 200 right now about 60 of them are Dragon figure kits. But out of all of them maybe about 10 I don't have a plan for, usually kits that I have won at shows.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Well I did buy them all with the intent of building each and every one of them... :hmm:

My Latin passion and German logic bloodlines were perfectly in unison there... but those bargains that I find... :headslap:

Thank goodness I should have the time to build most of them starting soon...

:hmm: You know I haven't counted mine but it's still expanding. It's like a virus in the closet. :whiteflag:
