Bro, this is New Zealand were talking about. Its probably half way there and some numpty forgot to hit send on the email.
You can learn all the math in the 'Verse, but you take a boat in the air that you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I guess you didn't send them an email on your concerns before posting this here?

If ever I run in the kind of worries you describe I first and only try to get the needed information on my worries from the other side.

Only when I won't get a reply I start searching the Net on this company/shop for any news on them.

But, so far, I never started a topic on such things on a forum. Things too easily get close to damage a company's reputation when certain people jump upon such a thread and the conspiracy starts...

WNW is a fine company with great reputation to my personal reputation. You could drop them a message, me guessing you will have your order in your hands before they get you a reply! ;)

Looking back through my emails, I've had shipping notices come back as fast as same day, and as long as eight days.

Might want to shoot them an email, but I wouldn't worry.
