teeny tiny small parts
How do you sand down the small tiny parts that are impossible to hold between your fingers. That escapes me just as much as seeing said same parts.

The obvious, smart alec comment would be, "Very Carefully!"
I usually try to hit them as best as I can while they are on the tree. That, or pinch them between fingers and have a go at it.

If you're talking about the mold seam lines on those parts, I usually do that while they are still on the sprue using needle files. I clean up the sprue attachment point usually after the part is glued in place if need be. I have tried using tweezers to hold small parts, but this often results in the small part being launched into oblivion...
