No, I just buy the decals. Xtra Decals makes RAF codes in just about every color, scale and size one needs.

Try Hannants. They have the xtradecals and xtracolors lines best stock of most places online.

There's a lot of great Xtradecal stuff on Hannats! It can get you in trouble if you're not careful though.
