very funny Professor Death
But, I thought this was the site where you take the high road? And where "childish" posts are not made?
For the record, nowhere in that thread would an actual literate person think that they read that I was telling anyone "they were doing it wrong".
Literates would read that thread and realize that some of us were supporting more ways to "do it right, because each person has the right to chose his own way"
Edited to add,,,,,,,,here is what I said in post #13 before Professor Death roared into the thread to "correct us all"
"Just remember that no matter what method you use to choose colors for yourself,,,,you are never wrong, all methods are purely by each modeler's choice. Of course, that means that if you choose to do it with 1/1 colors that match the FS standard, that is one of the 473 "correct" ways, also.
Far more important than finding the right colors is finding the right paint formula for your enjoyment,,,,,all enamels are not the same, just as all acrylics. Find the ones that make your modeling fun to do. "
what he is mad about, is being told that those lines were already typed when he came in

....I didnt think this was aimed at anyone specifically. I thought it was funny.
anyone who's been to a show, or participates in a model club knows at least one of these people!

Yup, he's right,,,,,,,,pure coincidence, it was posted and "expanded" on during the course of Professor Death "telling" a guy NOT to use standards,,,,,in a thread where the guy specifically asked for those standards.
The guy wants to mix his own colors, and asked for color standards that applied to the real thing.
For the record, this is what I meant when I said "trolling on one site, and running here to take the High Road and be the Hero"
here is the title of the thread "Modelling paints & real life references
Primary sources to nail those accurate color tones."
here is the thread,,,,,you can see that in the course of getting mad, this thread on SPAM was started

as you can see,,,,,,pure coincidence
