Dude! I would do dam near anything to be that close. I ran my car up there a while back and you can get some great times out of that track! It's supposed to be one of the fastest tracks around due to its elevation......or lack thereof.

Yeah but I like the small independent drag strips. There's one off I-10 near San Antonio in Marion that a friend of mine races at all the time. It's the "Race what you brought" nights that are the best.

Been there and done that! There aint nothin' like driving a car from Corpus up to San Antonio, racing it and then driving back home. That's about a 240 mile round trip.... :wink:

I had one of these as a kid. Neat car that was. I like the stance of this thing more than anything but I'm also in agreement with you on that color combo. Totally killer.
