Nice progress pics. I agree with Bruce. Try putty. I use Perfect Plastic Putty by Deluxe. Easy to sand down with water or sanding with file. My preferred method is water.

Looking forward for more progress...

Thank,you all for your great compliments and suggestions. I have already puttied and sanded the Normandie and even puttied up some seams on the Swordfish. Stay tuned, more to come
