After six total re-designs, I finally am happy with my replacement spinner for my Monogram 1/48 P-51D's... This could be my first 3d print
If it goes well, I'll start working on replacement gun inserts for the wings..

Yessir. Been teaching myself CAD for the last year or so as my 3d printer gathers dust...
I hope to get my first print done in the next 30 days or so, after I figure out where to setup my printer that checks all the boxes such as adequate ventilation, temperature, etc...

It's definitely cool tech. Resin printing is such a different animal that FDM printing. Tons of info on youtube. So much cool stuff you can make to take your models to the next level (well if you build older kits anyway, or even newer 72'nd scale kits).

Lazy is a label I would never think of slapping on you John! Your model output is probably 20 times higher than mine
