LHS Had this in stock. I passed it up a few weeks ago. Went back today and it was still there. I said what the heck. Got it home an opened it up and now I need dental work after my jaw hit the floor. How can something so beautiful be molded in 1/72? Surface detail is amazing. No flash. Frigg'n cockpit has 11 parts! This is probably the best ki-84 kit kitted to date in any scale -- let that sink in. I guess all the hoopla I've been hearing about Arma Hobby kits recently is well founded. Bad news -- now I'm going to have to get their P-51B after all... Grrrrrr $$$$. One thing I did not expect, as this is the 'basic' kit-- it came with Eduard Precut Masks!

I’ve heard nothing but good things on Arma kits. He has mostly 1/72 scale aircraft kits and a few 1/48 scale. Airacobra is one on top of my head.

I have one of the F-6C kits. Was very impressed with the level of detail.

Me too, however, this is the first time I’ve seen one with my own eyes, and I have to say photos from reviews just don’t do it justice—need to use the Mk1 Eyeball on it.

It should be a really nice kit - looking forward to seeing the build.
