Mark, I’m loving those rockets and the airliner. I was wondering during if you already had or were going to acquire that DC-9... :hmm:

Stuart, you're a scream! Maybe the following week I'll do a Super G Connie, a couple more Modelcollect armor and truck models and maybe finish a Shelf Queen or two! LOL!

Carlos, Yeah, I've had the DC-9 for awhile; I've been focusing on finishing the 737 before starting it. This will be on the bench very soon.

I need to add one more. At my IPMS club last night they asked for individuals who wanted to join a Japanese Float Plane Group Build. I have a Japanese Shinmeiwa float plane that would fit and this Group Build would be a perfect reason to bring it out and build it.

Stay tuned people, things will be happening soon I hope.

Mark, that will be an awesome build of the flying boat. Is that the JGSDF flying boat?

Ye sit is Carlos. This kit even includes some resin 'corrected' main wheel sponsons on the sides. They are supposed to correct them to the proper shape. I'll see how well they work and whether they will affect the balance on this beastie.

I've been trying to find it. Stay tuned as I expect to be starting it soon.

I'll go ahead and jump in here on my next four kits.
Next will be Takoms King Tiger

Hey Clint... when are you going to start on your Takom King Tiger? It might be interesting to compare the Meng and Takom kits. Although quite honestly, I don't feel prepared to start on mine just yet. I may put the 1/32 109K-4 build ahead on the queue.

I'm planning on starting it next, I would be working on it now but Bruce gave me the trimaster 190 and I jumped right into that. But that also gave me a chance to get more reference material. The book I ordered should be here tomorrow.

Well, I cleaned up my Hobby Room somewhat and found my two rockets and the Shinmeiwa. Guess what's being started today?

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
