I dunno...another 19 is a tall order!
Work till the end of November...a week off the beginning of Dec...going to Germany (Nuremburg) for a week and a half. So, basically, I've only got 3 weeks of "free time" before New Years. I don't think I can make it happen.
Yeah, judging by the way you are dragging out that F-16 build we'll be lucky to see you add a couple more before the ball drops in Times Square... :ballbat:

...and I thought I was slow on that Hornet build... :bored:

I'll add a couple, maybe even a few...but, with work and my appetite to actually get out into the woods......

...the appetite only being whetted by my brohammer, who scored today on his first trip into the woods...

Crossbow.
He done gave up on the regular bow a few years ago. Not a very good shot when it comes to taking an animal. Decent enough at targets, but not when it all comes down. "Spray and pray" doesn't cut it, when ya only got ONE shot!
I still haven't been out, mainly because I (self imposed) have to take one with my regular bow, before I break out the crossbow. But, with my left arm/hand only running on 40% power (pinched nerve), I can't hold the bow at full draw. I can draw and shoot quickly, but that situation is pretty rare...if the deer is in bow range, they can hear the arrow slide across the rest, and they're gone before you even get to full draw. I always draw while they're out of range, on their way in...I've held anywhere from a couple few seconds to a couple minutes. All that, and a lack of time to process the animal once I get one...I just can't bring myself to take one to a butcher again. It tastes so much better and is much more rewarding if I do it all myself.

I did some quick googling to figure out what forum you're talking about since none of the ones I lurk are closing up, so I found which one it is and from what I've heard from a bunch of ex members is that it's one of the most hostile places on the internet...no surprise it's closing from what I've heard. That just means you get to spend more time here. :shoutout:
I don't know what Forums you found, but the LEM has never been hostile in any way that I've ever heard! It's the one place I felt most at home, and most welcome. It was fun in a way that most other Forums aren't. Now that it is going, I do plan on spending more time on others; but as has been mentioned; we do need more here.

Carlos, that is a very respectable count of finished models. Very nice! And so many incredible masterpieces among them too!

Fermis, that is an excellent count of completed models! Way to go. I can only hope that I can have that many on here in that same amount of time. Still, if I'm only getting views, it's tough to stay motivated to work on anything; but I do get a lot of that motivation on some other sites that will keep me going.

Okay, let's here more from you guys.

Mark, I just love watching you churn stuff out. You build at a rate that I once did, but with far better results. :bag: Keep 'em coming here. We need the participation. And I will do what I can to chime in more on stuff being posted on here. Empty room syndrome is discouraging and I need to do my part to end that here. :sleep1: :puzzle:
