That was my first armor build, Stuart! 👍 My wife's boss gave it to me after his son lost interest in models.

That Tamiya Chaffee that Stuart has is a new tool new release. A bit different than the old, but still very nice, Italeri kit.

As Carlos said Gary, that's the old but very nice Italeri kit reboxed by Tamiya. Mine is the new tool kit released earlier this year. Doesn't matter though as that's a cracking build - very nicely done :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout: Strangely I'm not a fan of Italeri Aircraft kits, but I do really like their 1/35 stuff. The Crusader I'm building at the moment is a great little kit.

That's the one! I've never actually built a NNNEEEEEWWWWWW tool Tamiya kit when it was first released, so thought it might be fun.

Yeah, mine was the Italeri boxing. I didn't know about the Tamiya rebox though. Thanks for your generous compliments on that quicky lightbox pic from several years back, Stuart!

No Worries Gary, credit where credit's due - it looks good.

I'm looking forward to building Mine. I'm really enjoying building armour, but I do need to try and speed up builds a bit (My Chieftain's been on the bench since March 2025!). The Crusader I'm building was an attempt at that, and the Chaffee will be too.

The Italeri M24 kit was made when their armor was at the top of their game. I built one back in the late 80’s and just added some Verlinden stowage and a Tamiya figure.

Stuart I can’t wait to see your build of the Tamiya kit.
