Kari, the F-16 is not part of the contest. It's already been in it last year and didn't place at all.

Jeez Mike, cannot believe that.. Were the judges blind or had forgot their glasses home or otherwise intoxicated of TET etc..

It seems that any time I put a jet into the contest, the category is stacked with really nice builds. That and the Viper is far from perfect. There's a big spot on the canopy and some very slight silvering of some of the decals.

Hate to say it but you're wrong in both accounts. Only one placed and got a Silver, the Jeep. Go figure. I have been harassed relentlessly by model friends at the show that the Jeep is indeed NOT an aircraft.
