Hint: I use Tamiya´s diamont file to clean the burr from the PE part. One of the best investments I made!
You can find some really nice diamond files in the make up dept. of any drug store or Wally World for much less than hobby suppliers charge. It's also a good source for sanding sticks and buffing sticks.
