I'm intrigued in getting the Dragon kit #6254. I like the fact it has decal options, aluminum barrel and other goodies included.

That is an excellent kit if you can come by it,hard to find,maybe Ebay.

I have been in La Gleize, the farthest point that Kampgruppe Peiper reached. The local museum has a Tiger II in their collection. A magnificent beast, seeing it in real live is very impressive.

Note that the barrel has been repaired after the war by welding a part of a different Tiger on this tank.
So, no kit suggestion from me but just some inspiration.

Yeah.. saw one on Amazon or eBay (can't remember which) asking $170. Yikes! Knowing me, I'll keep looking until I see one at a good price. No way I'll shell over $100 let alone almost $200 for a kit. LOL! Although I do have one site I've yet to try - missing-lynx.
Seem to me that kit will be right up there with the Ace Combat Su-33 Yellow 13 kit - hard to find and expensive. LOL!
